Still Charged after Cancelling - Now won't let me cancel my account

Hi

Can anyone help out with this, the website won't let me cancel my account.

Not with a name like that, no.

Maybe come back with something less offensive?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

If you’re saying you cancelled, did you get an email confirmation of the cancellation? Otherwise you didn’t cancel it I am afraid. 

Where did you take your membership out to begin with, the website or app? If its the latter then its managed by your App Store like Google Play.

Also what you cancelling? All memberships are separate and must be cancelled individually. 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
