Sports channels not working on TV

I have a Sky Sports pass but none of the sports channels except the main event work on my LG smart TV. I get an "Oops somethi g went wrong" and the error code "VSF:LG-1" across all the sports channels I try. Main event channel works

Not quite the same error, but the solution here, to delete and reinstall the app, is likely relevant:-

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
