Removing card details

Removing card details - I took out the football season pass for my 85 year old dad. I made sure auto renew was off. Twice I have had to cancel a monthly sports pass that neither myself nor my dad requested. What the hell is going on??? It would appear that as long as you have my father's card details you can help yourself to his money. Absolutely scandalous - can you sort this out now, reimburse him and make sure this never happens again - shocking service.

@Anonymous User just about everyone here are customers like yourself. NowTv staff do occasionally pop by but no one who is in a position to help with your problem.

 

Your best cause of action right now would be to email

 

customerservices @ nowtv.com (ensuring no spaces)

Cancelling passes can be a long winded process that some people fail to complete. It's normally 3 or 4 screens of "are you sure you want to cancel" followed by a confirmation message and a corresponding email. If you've done that then there should be no excuses from NowTV in refunding the passes. You can request they delete the account permanently but they will still keep some details on record. If you never intend to use the service again, ask your bank to stop the continuous payment authority. Don't let them wriggle out of it as they have a legal obligation to.
