Hi - on my Now account it says I was paid a refund on 28th July - it is now 4th August and I still haven't received it. How can I escalate?

This for TV or broadband?
If it’s broadband you can call the team otherwise it has to be live chat.

Use the link for the number to call. However unfortunately the center is closed as it operates 8am to 8pm. So you’ll need to call in the morning.
