Refund

Hi i have switched on 05/10 to different broadband provider . Hence why waiting for a refund .it said on my account it was paid on 28/10 while it hasn’t reach my bank account yet? How long does it take?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Hi, out of interest who have you moved to and on what package?

 Have you transferred your landline number as well?

 

My reason for asking is my current deal is due to end within the next 6 months and i'm starting to look ( even though its early) into my options

That is early, broadband deals are changing all the time.

I start seriously looking in the month before my last with a provider, and make the jump (or renew, if they give me a deal that beats moving) during the last month, as by then I've fulfilled the contract so no ETF (early termination fee) will be applied.
