Signed up today for the Entertainment pass. Realized how poor it is with 10 minutes. Spent the next 3 hours looking to talk to someone or find contact details to communicate with now tv. On cancelling my subscription realized I wasn't on the free 7 day trail! I would like a refund as I haven't watched anything on now tv and I have no intention of doing so either. Thank you

@Anonymous User this is a community page where users help each other. Now TV staff do occasionally monitor the page but no one in a position to give a refund. You can submit a complaint but keep in mind that they are running a reduced service and may not reply for several days.
