Re billing

I've noticed since I've re contracted with now broadband I told them I'm claiming universal credit my bill doesn't seem right I rang them about the pro-rata charges and they said they sorted its suppost to be £20 and its seems to me there ripping people off

All you can do is keep calling the broadband team.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
