Hi everyone

when did the prices increase again as I never got an email or notification saying that my tariff for the cinema and entertainment were to increase. £3 increase on the cinema one alone without any notice is not on

@Anonymous User the last price increase was July 2020 but I'm sure it only went up £1.

Not sure what your referring to re price increase.
The prices for memberships are;

  • £3 Boost
  • £9.99 Entertainment
  • £11.99 Cinema

Sounds like you are now paying for Boost.
Did you take out a free trial for Boost or have an offer for boost?

No I have checked my account and not paying for boost. I was paying only £8.99 for the cinema and now its £11.99. Last time it increased I received a notification on my account and also via email that on x date the new charge will be £x but not this time. I have been going through previous bills and this mornings payment went out at £3 more so was a bit confused on why I received no notification after it increased in July last year

@Anonymous User if you were paying £8.99 then you were on an offer. Checking through previous posts, Cinema went up from £9.99 to £11.99 in April 2019. It hasn't been £8.99 since 2018.

The entertainment pass went up £1 last July.

To get this perfectly straight, there is no pending price increase for the memberships.

If you are going to be charged £3, then it is for Boost because that is the only membership that costs £3.
