Sounds to me you have created more than one nowtv account and if there is no entertainment pass showing under My Account > Vouchers & Passes on here or there is no indication of any recent payments under Bills & Payments then you are looking at un active dormant account.
I would check your log in details on the NowTV App on all your playback devices and check all your email accounts for any correspondence from NowTV that is different to the email or username when checking your My Account details on the NowTV website.
With regards to live chat, maybe try this link below using a different internet browser with the adblocker switched off.
MS Edge works for me when i contact the online live chat service.
