I’ve had 2 payments come out my bank and I have not set up an account and now I can’t cancel it as it says I’m in a minimum 6 months contract

Sounds like you took the offer on this part of the website.

It is stated very clearly that it is a 6 month minimum term. As part of signing up to anything you should pay full attention to what you are taking out.

Staff won’t reply to you on here.

Go onto live chat and see if staff take pity on you. Make sure to be signed in and use the ‘How to get in touch’ drop down.

Or do you mean that somebody else has bought this, using your debit or credit card details?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
