You don’t need 7 memberships; indeed, there are only six things Now offer, and one of them is broadband, so you must have a couple of memberships twice. Which you don’t need, even with two boxes, as the same membership will work on both.

If you can’t see any memberships on an account, then this implies either that you have multiple accounts, and the memberships are on that, or that you took out your account with a third party, and you need to maintain it there.

Or possibly both, as you can’t have more than five memberships on an account, Cinema, Entertainment, Sports, Hayu and Boost.

But as it sounds as if you are in a complete mess, and if you hope to get any refunds for accounts and memberships you haven’t been using, best to talk to Live Chat, explain what’s happening, and see how they can best advise you to get back to having just one account, with no more memberships than you actually need:-

The following link leads you to direct contact with Now, when the Community can’t help, and the Help can’t help:-

Avoid ‘Get Help Quicker’ there; you won’t.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
