Payment

I cannceled my membership MONTHS ago, got a charge for 9.99 today. I did the “account finder” thing and none was found. What do I do? I need this money back in my account!!!

Did you get email confirmation for the cancellation.

Both entertainment and cinema memberships are £9.99. Were both memberships taken out?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
