Payment not processing

So I have an overdue balance and I’m attempting to pay it but for some reason the payment will not go through and no error is being reported it just removes the payment details, I have tried with 3 different cards with the outcome being the same for all of them.

Is this for broadband or TV passes?


When I was a Now TV broadband customer this is number I used to call them 0330 041 2460


If not I would then recommend using the Live chat.
