I've got a overdue balance for my broadband and have been trying to pay since this morning. Everytime I put in my card details it goes back to the top telling me to pay. It's not my card as it's got funds so I don't know why NOW TV as aren't letting me pay. It is really frustrating and annoying plus there is no other way of getting hold of them. I feel to get another broadband provider as at least I can call and make a payment with them

Get in touch with the broadband team, should hopefully sort you out.
When I was a Now TV broadband customer this is number I used to call them 0330 041 2460
