Why has my monthly payment gone up three times in the last three months without any prior notice?

Payment for what? Broadband?

Your 12 month discounted rate came to an end? As the 12 month rate is not for life. 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help


Can you please post the affected three monthly payment amounts, plus the amount you were paying prior to these changes?

But at a guess, it’s the £3.50 increase Now emailed all its broadband users about - are you still using/monitoring the email address you have to Now?

Then the expiry of an £8 discount.

And finally the expiry of a £13 discount.

Does that fit?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
