Hi I’m not sure what to do as I have been cut off due to my payment not going through I have had this problem with you every single time my payment is due and now you have cut my internet off I need my internet back on but not able to make a payment until Friday I need help please

You never ever speak with broadband staff on here. To try get something sorted you need to call them.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
