I am having the same problem, cancelled my membership 2 months ago, they still took £9.99 last month, cancelled again this month and they have just taken the money again. You can't speak to anyone as just get the BOT thing, that doesn't allow you to speak to a person, I have called there phone number today, to be told they now only deal with the broadband over the phone and you have to go to the chat online regarding TV, absolutely disgusting.

When you say cancel, did you get email confirmation of the cancellation? If not then the process wasn't fully finished I hate to say.
