Hi, I was wondering if anyone has experienced their monthly direct debit randomly stopping? There is no issue with money in the account. I only noticed this because my entertainment channels weren't available
same thing has happened to me and I can't dem to get through to the right people to resolve it as I don't have a phone and would like to contact them by email
