Boyfriends been charged when he doesn’t have nowtv

My partner hasn’t had nowtv for about 5 years but this month randomly he had 2 payments come out of his bank one for £9.99 and one for £5 for boost, we’ve tried seeing if he has an account using the account finder but there isn’t one existing so we don’t understand why these have randomly came out of his bank account when he isn’t/hasn’t signed up especially since I pay for nowtv

Well it does like like one way or another somebody has hijacked a previous account of his, the perils of sharing details at some point I fear. Tell him to get in touch with the support team using the green Chat online button near the top of the page here during the hours shown. He should also contact his bank and tell them to cancel and the reasons why.

To add what @redchiz1 said, if the plan is to keep the account then I would strongly suggest to change the password and kick ALL devices out.

Then put a payment PIN on the account.

Unless if the plan is to close the account, then after dealing with live chat use this link to start the process.
