Assuming you are paying your Membership directly to NOW, then it sounds to me you have more than one account.
Check the email login on all your playback devices under the My Account section of the NOW App, check your email folders for any NOW email correspondence.
Use the Account Finder button on this link to see if you have created more than one account and looking on the wrong account to cancel any Memberships.
