Payment taken from account twice and my details were changed on my bank account so no money could be taken.
you had sent me an email saying you would cancel if payment could not be taken because like could not contact you and now I managed to cancel you have just taken another payment I have alerted my bank and they are aware as payment is pending

I've just been looking at my bank statements and seen 10 payments I have not authorised. I stopped my subscription 16.12.2019. But payments show that payments started again on these dates.
Firstly check this link to ensure there are no duplicate accounts with the samer payment details
Then fill this form out.
And to esculate it further pop onto Live chat.
It is shocking the way they can break the law and get away with it
If you contact your bank they will investigate for you
I found out by talking to someone from the bank and citizens advice that this seems common practice and they get complaints all the time and no I don't have duplicate accounts like they keep telling people
