Need to pay bill

Hi my broadband is off and I think I’ve missed Decembers payment but when I go onto billing it’s saying I’ve never made a payment any month and it’s not giving me an option to pay my bill

Give the broadband team a call, although I think the call centre finishes at 8pm. If so they open at 8am.
