NOW SPORTS DAY

Hi I have been a customer for some time, but I have never had a sports membership of any type.

But for some unknown reason i have been charged £11.99 for a sports membership that I have not and will not use?  I did get a confirmation email on 16/01/24 thanking me for my order but I have never placed an order for this service. And according to my account online i do NOT have this service anyway?

Please can you refund my £11.99 which was taken from my account on the 17/01/24. And please make sure it is not repeated next month. I cannot cancel the service online as it states that I do not have this service. Although I have tried several times.

Please sort this ASAP             Thank You

What it sounds like is someone has got a hold of your account somehow and taken the membership out. So there are several things you need to do straight away.

  1. Change your password and sign out of ALL devices.

  2. Put a payment PIN on your account, this will stop anything new starting without your say so.

  3. Check your account to see if it's been taken through the website. Have a full read of this as an FYI

  4. Jump onto live chat to speak with staff about a refund. Make sure to be signed in and use the 'How to get in touch' drop down.
