How many more times? Your pass is working.  You can watch Premier League, arena, action, racing & news on your mobile on the Now tv app.

If you want F1 or Golf you have to get the full sports pass. If you want to watch a football match watch it on Premier League channel not on main event.

Can anyone tell me why I have 5 sport channels I don’t want to watch and how I get the one single channel (F1) I’ve come to NowTV for? I just want to watch the F1, why is this so complicated? Are Sky deliberately trying to annoy F1 fans?!

At a guess, you have that situation because you bought the Mobile Sports Pass, possibly by mistake instead of the full Monthly Sports Pass at £33.99, or possibly without reading the restrictions that mean you can have it for £5.99 a month, instead of that regular £33.99 of a full monthly sports pass.

These restrictions are that you can only watch 5 designated channels out of the 11 that Sky offer; and that you can only watch them on a mobile phone, not even a tablet, let alone on a TV.

And alas, that £28.00 a month saving means you don’t get to cherry-pick the sports channel(s) you really want 😥

Or did you mean to pay £33.99 for the full offering, but bought that restricted pass by mistake?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Not a bad summation, I think, from your point of view.

Did you get to the bit where you can only peer at it on a mobile phone and can’t cast it to a big TV or any such?

I just hope you got fries with it.........

Yes it’s bad enough having it for free, but as to paying for it, you will indeed be charged for the sixth and subsequent months if you don’t cancel it.

And you might as well cancel it now, as you get the five months anyway, before the cancel kicks in.

NowTV have cunningly hidden the cancellation details under this obscure heading:-

https://help.nowtv.com/article/how-do-i-cancel-now-tv

But do make sure you get an email confirming the cancellation. The Community is littered with the bodies of those who thought they’d cancelled, but somehow had never quite managed it, for some reason; you might think you have cancelled, but unless you get the email, you haven’t.

Watch the Premier League channel. Golf is NOT included so it does not work.

To amplify what @Anonymous User said:

Sky Sports Mobile Month Pass includes Sky Sports Premier League, Action, Arena, News and Racing.

But not the other six channels.

You may have missed the importance of that.
