Hi
my payment for my 2 passes has been declined, yet my payment for calls and broadband went through -its the same card for both, there is no issue with the card or funds, and I have been trying to work out how to contact a person to stop my services being disrupted - but have failed to do so. Keep getting the bot and endless cycle of options, none of which cover the issue.

Use this link below to find the various communication methods to reach NowTV for TV Pass customers.
On the same link there is a green button for Live Chat.
Should live chat not work for you try a different internet browser or another device with a browser on it.
