My Toddler has just Subscribed to a day sport channel!! (£9.99) And the Boost (£3.00) 🙄

I'm not too bothered about the boost as I have cancelled but is there a way to cancel the day pass, its not been activated and certainly don't need/want it! I understand it only gets activated when you start watching.. which luckily it hasn't. Just wondering if there's a process to fix this?

Jump over to NowTV live chat and explain to them what's happened and ask them to cancel the day sports pass and give you a refund for both passes if you don't want them.

Also to prevent this happening again add a Payment Pin to your account.
