Fully paid up but app on TV says pass has ended!

I've just bought an Entertainment Pass (special offer) and was watching a box set when it cut out saying pass has expired.  Checked my account and its fully up to date and showing as active.  I'm accessing Now TV via my Samsung smart TV.

Have you tried to log out and log back into the app? 

Another suggestion is to delete and reinstall the app.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
