Hi, I need some help with my account.
I'm moving house in a couple of weeks and I logged in to My Account to check if it was possible to do it from there, but I have no account details, there are no payment details, no broadband details, just nothing....apart from the access to this forum its of no use at all.
I tried to use the find my account process, but I've replaced the card that I set up my account with so that won't work either.
When I set the account up online there was an issue and the contact centre called me and created the account manually, I think this is when it all went wrong and maybe my account was never linked to my email address, all the account setup emails and other emails all come through that the correct email address, so I'm not sure what else it could be.
Can someone please advise me what I need to do, live chat is never available/always busy and of course there is no other way to contact NowTV.

Under payments there are no details for passed or future payments and there is no Your Broadband section, I'll give that number a call.
