Account

Just had a notification from Now saying my sports an boost package is all set up. Then a notification from my bank saying £40.99 has been taken out of my account.!! I had now tv about 3 years ago. Just the standard package. I cancelled it when I moved house. Now all this time later I get this. Obviously it's the same email an card details I used back then. I'm fuming..!!

@gavs82008  I did try an contact now earlier but it was closed. Just wrote on here to have a rant tbh ha. Thnam you for your helpful tips tho. Appreciate it...

What it sounds like is someone has got a hold of your account somehow and taken the membership out. So there are several things you need to do straight away.

  1. Change your password and sign out of ALL devices.

  2. Put a payment PIN on your account, this will stop anything new starting without your say so.

  3. Check your account to see if it's been taken through the website. Have a full read of this as an FYI

  4. Jump onto live chat to speak with staff about a refund. Make sure to be signed in and use the 'How to get in touch' drop down.

Live chat operates 8am to midnight. It is only broadband customers that get 8am to 8pm for the call centre. 

So the live chat should have been open for you.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
