Money taken but can’t stream

The money has been taken out of my account but NowTV saying it got declined. Can anyone help please.

You need to speak with staff indicated by @redchiz1 as we are just customers like you, so can only assume based on experience with the app/system.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
