Now Tv are charging me for cinema, and entertainment and boost, but I can not use any of these devices on app, I’m being charged for a service I can’t use, and I can not speak to anyone to ask what is going on..?

You don't mention the devices concerned, but you can contact the support team using the green Chat online button near the top of the page here.

You need to make sure your logged into the devices with the same account details that your paying for the memberships with.
