Memberships

Hello, I started a free trial but realised it’s a 6 month contract and I’ve been being charged. How do I get this rectified, the NOW app hasn’t been working and I haven’t been watching anything as I thought this had been cancelled. WTF

The ONLY free trial you get is when you take up an offer and you will get a free trial of boost and maybe depending on the offer either entertainment or cinema memberships.

All offers just now tie you in for 6 months as a “saver” plan. They are clearly mentioned on the T&C of the offer. 

To have any chance of a refund etc you must speak to staff via live chat. Make sure to be signed in and use the ‘How to get in touch’ drop down.
