What device are you trying to watch it on?
NowTV restricts the eligible devices to a range of smartphones, either from a list they keep, or maybe by querying the screen size (I’m not sure which) so either this is a device not eligible because NowTV have missed it or don’t know about it, or it’s a device not eligible because the screen is too big - NowTV do mean ‘phones’ by ‘Mobiles’ and tablets, for instance, are excluded.
Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
