Manage Devices

Just a quick query re. Managing Devices. 

I’ve had Now TV for years. I can add up to 6 devices. I use all 6 slots. 

I now want to switch a device (haven’t switched any devices for at least 9 months). This previously was easy. I’d log into my account - delete a device - play Now TV on the new device. 

I have tried to do this BUT all 6 slots are showing as empty. Thus I can’t delete anything. However, my Now TV works on all my devices.

 

So all 6 slots are being used on registered devices (and play content from my account) but my account shows all slots empty. 

Does anyone have any ideas how I work around this issue?

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

If using another internet browser or putting your browser into a Private Window or Incognito mode doesn't make any difference when logging into your online account to make changes to the Device section.

 

Then jump over to live chat to see if they can figure out what's going wrong.

 

They may have to reset the Device section on your account, then just watch something on your NowTV pass for the six devices you want to automatically register again.
