Has anyone else had problems with Live Chat?
I've been trying to chat with an advisor for hours but all I get is the message "we'll be with you in a jiffy" but no one ever actually comes.

Yes. I have been trying to reach someone through live chat for 3 days now, and no luck. I waited on we'll be with you in a jiffy for nearly 1hour and 15mins, but wasted. Its seems no more human service, only dependent on AI. So disappointed.

Was that ‘jiffy’ promised because you clicked on Get Help Quicker?

That’s not Live Chat, that’s the Nowbot 😢

 

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
