Why has my monthly payment gone up £10 this months ?

As @Jayach asked, you do know that NOW offer two products and are handled very differently?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Is this for streaming TV or broadband?

If broadband, have you come to the end of your contract?

@Wendytelfer78 Hello sir I don't know my bills gona increase I payed £24 -£25 but now I pay £46.50 I don't know why? I think I need upgrade. 

Could you do for Me again £24 - £25 .

So we can’t do you for anything 😢

Ring Now Broadband from 150 on your landline phone and negotiate.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
