Incorrect charge

Hi,

I recently moved home and have continued my NOW Broadband service. Since moving I have begun to be charged for calls even though my original offer gave this for free for first 12 months.

When changing address I was told that this would not happen and once bills "settled" it would be the same as before with no new increases.

How do I rectify this?
