Hi, my entertainment pass disappeared at 6 o'clock last night. I don't understand why. I pay for it on a recurring dd every month and have done for ages. It keeps telling me to take a free trial and then I will be charged afterwards. What's going on?

Sounds like the device has logged you out.
When you go to the account section of the app does it show your account with active memberships?
