I requested to Cancel but haven't received confirmation.

Last Week I requested to cancel my broadband deal as the website had glitched and added the incorrect address. 

Dinesh took my call and said he was processing the cancellation, and that i would receive an email to confirm this within 24 hours. 

I have not received this.

He also confirmed that I would receive a full refund but I cannot see the refund in my account nor can i see confirmation of this.

NOW do not respond to posts on this community, you will need to contact them directly by phone again.

If you’re expecting a reply from staff for broadband support you won’t get it as mentioned by @redchiz1 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Same here. I was also being charged for boost and things that I didn't ask for! Had to knuckle down and cancel everything...No mas!
