Last Week I requested to cancel my broadband deal as the website had glitched and added the incorrect address.
Dinesh took my call and said he was processing the cancellation, and that i would receive an email to confirm this within 24 hours.
I have not received this.
He also confirmed that I would receive a full refund but I cannot see the refund in my account nor can i see confirmation of this.

Same here. I was also being charged for boost and things that I didn't ask for! Had to knuckle down and cancel everything...No mas!
