Hi - I have just signed up for membership via the iPhone app, received the email confirmation and payment receipt yet when I log on to the app it still says I have no membership. This is incredibly frustrating and any help is much appreciated.
Speak with staff via live chat by clicking “chat online”. Make sure you don’t hit “get help quicker” as this is a bot.
Hopefully you are not trying to watch the Man Utd v Newcastle United cup final which is not one of the five Sky Sports channels on a NOW Mobile Sports Membership if you have only the Mobile Sports Membership active on your account.
If it's another type of Sports Membership for example a Day Pass,then try a fresh NOW App and power down your device for a minute then re start your device by powering it back up and sign back into the NOW App again.
Also if you are using a VPN or currently abroad will also flag up this message.
