I have been charged for Cinema and Boost never signed up.

I signed up for 7-day FREE Entertainment trial which was renewed as I still needed.

I did not sign up for Cinema OR Boost, so please refund.

When you took the entertainment offer on the offers section. You automatically got enlisted in 7 day free trials of both cinema and boost. This was clearly stated in the offer and its T&C.

As for saying 'I don't want boost' you best read fully about this link to see if you need or want it.

Also cancel is your friend, play the game and you will be given retention offers. The sole reason I am paying £2 for boost and have been for 18+ months.

To get any hope for a refund you must speak with staff via live chat. Make sure to be signed in and use the 'How to get in touch' drop down.

I contacted NOW via LiveChat and have now received a full refund for the items I did not sign up to. Very good customer service. 

@Lucy1  - I urge you to do the same.
