Charged for cinema package and boost - never asked for those!

I signed up for an Entertrainment package, which was recently auto-renewed; so far, so good. Unfortunately, I also got charged for a Cinema package and a Boost - both are unwanted and were never requested. I expect a refund as I have no need for any of those extra packages and never signed up for them. Thanks.

When you took the entertainment offer on the offers section. You automatically got enlisted in 7 day free trials of both cinema and boost. This was clearly stated in the offer and its T&C.

As for saying 'I don't want boost' you best read fully about this link to see if you need or want it.

Also cancel is your friend, play the game and you will be given retention offers. The sole reason I am paying £2 for boost and have been for 18+ months.

To get any hope for a refund you must speak with staff via live chat. Make sure to be signed in and use the 'How to get in touch' drop down.
