It's driving me insane I need to speak to somebody about how to cancel and there's no button to click on the Help page?
How can I speak with someone over chat?

When go to My Account > Passes & Vouchers on here, is the cancel button greyed out and today is the renewal payment date of your pass ?
Or is there is no cancel button next to your pass and it's asking you to buy a pass or start a 14 day free trial ?

I cant seem get acess to my movies the code (1009) keep coming up and i am being blocked what does this code mean and why loss acess to my programme. Thank you.
