I signed up for now entertainment to watch "and just like that". I've just been through my bank statements and found I've been billed for now cinema and now boost. I've not even used now tv in months and yet I'm being billed for stuff I've never heard of and certainly never authorised. Chat bot doesn't work

What it sounds like is someone has got a hold of your account somehow and taken the membership out. So there are several things you need to do straight away.

Notice those two tiny grey Removes under the Free Trials? Because you didn’t click those, Now took your implied consent to authorise them. And because you probably didn’t notice this, didn’t even know you were getting free trials, and so never cancelled them during the trial either, both turned into paid subscriptions.
But at least, when rumbled, Now do refund you, so I hope that has now happened.
