I presume you have tried the basics for yourself, as set out in the Now Help, starting with rebooting the router?

But even when it is working again, bear in mind that Now Broadband is only domestic broadband, and if you need to rely on your broadband in order to work from home, you may want to consider that fact.
Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
