Re-instate service

I’m getting very frustrated, I’m simply trying to pay bill as Now TV decided that cutting me off at 8pm when there’s no staff to take payments made sense. 

I don’t understand why it states that I’ve made a payment when I haven’t. There’s no direct way to make a payment other than updating your payment details…. After which it doesn’t take the payment. It does however does a £1 card check, im really annoyed because I have work to do.
