My 7 day free trial ended today and I have been charged for it. It is not what I wanted from the service and would like to cancel and get a refund but there doesn't seem to be an option for this or to talk to someone on the live chat.

The trial will automatically continue to an active pass and take payment unless cancelled.
The below link will show you the cancellation process. However I wouldn't hold much hope for getting a refund.

There is a form you can fill out for "incorrect charge" but again don't hold your breath.
