Not sure if anyone can help.
What can I do to cancel this membership!!!!
My last resort is to change my bank details!!
Why is it so difficult to CANCEL!

Reading over on the NowTV Twitter Help feed, a number of customers are having difficulty accessing their NowTV accounts in the last couple of days which NowTV are aware of it and in the process of fixing (according to their Tweets).
I tend to use MS Edge when access my passes or account and i am not encountering problems myself (touch wood).
The only thing i could suggest if MS Edge doesn't work for you is put in a complaint by completing the web form on this link below.

Thanks for your message, really appreciate it.
But this company is continuing to remove my money from my account.
– I don't know what MS edge is
– I've put a complaint in
– I've emailed customer services over a wk ago.
I have no idea what to do next, other than change my bank details and report them to trading standards.

MS Edge is a version of the Microsoft internet browser.
Another forum member on here just had success accessing and cancelling their pass on their account by using their mobile phone internet data with the Fire Fox internet browser.
