I have an old account for NOW TV, and recently signed up via BT TV for NOW TV. I used the email address I used for my old account.
When I try and log in to NOW TV using this email address, I cannot log in.
If I try to retrieve the old password and type in the email address I get the message “We couldn’t identify you. Please check and try again”.
If I try and set up a new account with that email address then I am told the account exists with that email.
So I can’t log in because I do not know my password, and I cannot change my password because the account is not recognised. If I try and create a new account I am told the account is recognised and I can’t reuse it.
I am tearing my hair out - chatbot has proved less than helpful to say the least.

If you have a new BT TV account and you can access your BT TV box, but no other devices then maybe have a read of this thread as well.

Many thanks for the reply.
I did get slightly further with the idea of using mobile data and a different browser - it now accepts my email address and says it has sent an email to reset the password.
Only problem is the email never arrived - have checked junk and no luck.

I had this with my account managed to get the reset email and changed the password. But still refused to log in. In the end ive just set up a new account with a new email address which is working. Maybe the best solution for you although i don't no how this would work with BT TV.

There is no way to change the email address associated with the NOW TV account from the BT site. I asked in their forums and they send me here.
