We are all just customers like you, and no ‘someones’ from Now ever monitor, listen, or post here.
And I would give you phone numbers for them, but you have already tried that 😢
But if you go and make a fuss on Now’s Twitter/X feed, I daresay that would galvanise them into action.
Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
